Gies ranked as Top 5 public business school by Poets&Quants

Gies College of Business is once again ranked as a Top 5 public undergraduate business program in the nation, according to the latest rankings released by Poets&Quants, the preeminent source for information on undergraduate and graduate business education. Gies Business was ranked #5 among public business schools and #12 overall. For this ranking, Poets&Quants considers factors such as admissions standards, the college experience, and career outcomes.

Gies stacked up exceptionally well, ranking among the Top 25 in all three of those metrics. Notably, Gies ranked #5 overall in academic experience. 

Over the last few years, Gies has revamped its core curriculum, which now includes a full year of data analytics for every undergraduate student. Each student also participates in four years of cohort courses, which keep each class together through a series of courses focused on professional responsibility, business simulations, experiential learning, and the global dynamics of business. Gies prepares each student with valuable experiential learning and data analytics skills so they are prepared to succeed in their careers from day one.
