Our dedicated Career Services office, conveniently located inside the Business Instructional Facility, supports all undergraduate and graduate students from day one with career advising, skill development workshops, résumé reviews, career fairs, and much more.

Career Services provides customized employer engagement opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students. From workshops and forums to career fairs and on-campus interviews, you’ll meet face-to-face with some of the world’s most prestigious businesses. Gies hosts more than 250 companies recruiting on campus, so there’s no shortage of opportunities to make your mark. Students can learn more about upcoming engagement opportunities by logging into Handshake and Gies Groups.
The Career Services team also helps students share their story effectively with employers. Through resume workshops and individual resume reviews, we insure that students clearly articulate their professional skills and activities. Our team also offers in-person and virtual interview preparation through both individual appointments and workshops that focus on developing well-structured responses to common questions students will encounter during the interview process.
In-person Career Studio Drop-in hours are temporarily cancelled. Career Services resources are still available by phone or digitally.
