Congratulations to Professor Clara Chen. She has been awarded the Lillian and Morrie Moss Distinguished Professorship. Clara is an exemplary scholar demonstrating excellence in research, teaching and service to Illinois and to the academy at large. Clara is the second female in our department’s rich history to hold a professorship. An investiture ceremony will be held in the spring to celebrate Clara’s accomplishments.
