Gies Summer Success Program is a fully funded! Students will be required to complete a previous academic year Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to determine if (or how much) university financial aid they qualify. Please note this is different than the FAFSA you may have completed for the fall semester.
Once your aid has been assessed, Gies College of Business will provide a scholarship for the remaining amount which will be credited to your student account. This will include a small portion available for refund that can be used for any textbook requirements.
To complete your portion for the funding process, follow these steps:
- Fill out the 2021-2022 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.ed.gov to cover Summer of 2022. While you are at it, complete the 2022-2023 FAFSA if you have not already for Fall 2022.
- Register for classes on June 6 – The financial aid office processes summer financial aid once students are registered for the term. We will also evaluate students cost and apply scholarships at that time.
