Teaches courses in supply chain management and operations management.

Research Interests

Research focuses on decision problems in operations management and operations/marketing interface including supply chain management, product/process design, and sustainability.

Current Courses

  • Process Management (BADM 567) Introductory course in decision-making problems in production; includes the theoretical foundations for production management as well as the applications of decision-making techniques to production problems in the firm; and considers production processes, plant layout, maintenance, scheduling, quality control, and production control in particular.
  • Business Practice Immersion (BADM 588) This course is designed to gain problem solving skills by working on a real project in a company. The project must have measurable goals. The course helps students gain valuable first hand experience in dealing with an organization, interacting with people, learning how different functions in an organization work, and refining time management and communication skills. 0 to 4 graduate hours. No professional credit. Approved for Letter and S/U grading. May be repeated up to 4 hours in separate semesters.
