Earn CPE Credits with Gies Online Programs
We are licensed by the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation as a Public Accountant CPE Sponsor. CPAs who are licensed in Illinois and any states who have reciprocal agreements are eligible to earn CPE credits with our courses. Our flexible offerings provide CPE credit (hours of credit vary by course). Upon completion of the course, you can request CPE credit by submitting this online form.

Self-study courses through Coursera
CPE credits are available for those who attend our self-study courses available online on Coursera. These flexible, self-paced courses are offered multiple times throughout the year and do not have a live facilitator. Live for-credit courses
Live for-credit courses include and expand upon the self-study component found on Coursera. Through these graduate-level accounting courses, you will earn not only CPE credits but also university credit. Any credit earned from these courses can be applied in the future to the Online Master of Science in Accountancy, pending admission to the program.
