It can be challenging to determine where to focus your inclusion efforts when there are many competing needs and opportunities. This workshop helps faculty and staff identify where their efforts can have the greatest impact. Using a structured prioritization framework and guided activities, attendees will determine which opportunities align with their unit's needs and receive help drafting a plan for the efforts they want to focus on. This workshop is ideal for faculty and staff seeking a focused, strategic approach to advancing access, community, and inclusion within their department, unit, or office. Lunch will be provided.
