This workshop, facilitated by the Office of Access and Community, aims to help liaisons identify the most relevant and high impact priorities for their department or unit by using data, student feedback, and organizational context. Participants will learn a framework for analyzing their unit’s climate, needs, and existing strengths, and will leave with a draft to guide their liaison work.
