Undergraduate to Graduate

No matter your undergraduate degree, we have a program for you

You can still earn a business degree to complement your undergraduate degree. It’s not too early to consider adding a fifth year to your education through the Gies Graduate Program.

Master of Science in Accountancy (MSA)

We are the #3 graduate accounting program in the country. If you’re interested in working in accounting and/or earning a CPA, this one-year MSA degree will get you there. Students who want to join the program must have completed undergraduate courses in finance, business management, statistics, and economics. In addition, students must complete a one- or two-course sequence in Principles of Accounting. A business minor will satisfy these requirements, so keep that in mind when scheduling your undergraduate coursework. A GMAT or GRE score is required for admission, so make sure to prepare yourself to take it your junior or senior year.

Master of Science in Finance (MSF)

Looking for a career in investments, data analytics, or business valuation? The 15-month MSF program will prepare you for these careers as well as the CFA Level 1 exam. This #6 ranked graduate finance program in the country does not have any prerequisites and is open to any undergraduate major. A GMAT or GRE score is required for admission, so make sure to prepare yourself to take it your junior or senior year.

Master of Science in Management (MSM)

The MSM program is designed for students from any major including candidates who have non-business and non-STEM backgrounds. Whether you major in anthropology, psychology, English, sociology, communication, or business, a Gies MSM can train you to become the type of problem solver today’s employers demand. By combining business management knowledge with any degree, you can achieve greater earning power and gain a competitive advantage in the job market. No test is required to apply to this program.

Master of Science in Technology Management (MSTM)

If you’re interested in a future in supply chain, marketing, consulting or data analytics, this general management degree has a focus on innovation and is not a technical degree. Students in this program will develop essential business management and analytical expertise, as well as a firm understanding of technology strategy and its role in shaping the future of an organization. There are no required prerequisites for this program. A GMAT/GRE is not required.
