Shipping Information

Shipping is conducted through Best Expo. View shipping instructions here.

• Please submit your shipping form to Best Expo by August 29.  
• Best Expo must have your career fair materials by September 12.
• Missing label information means no delivery to your career fair booth.
• Unpaid materials will be held until payment is submitted. They will not be transported to the career fair.
• Late shipments will be assessed a 50% late fee or if too late, refused.
• Best Expo will place your shipping materials at your booth for your team to set up.
• Gies Business will schedule a FedEx pickup at the end of each day. Please remove the inbound label and ensure packages are sealed and labeled correctly.

Shipping instructions to the I-Hotel via your own delivery vendor:

• A team member must alert the I-Hotel that your boxes are prepped for shipment and arranged for pick up by your delivery vendor.
• The I-Hotel will store your items in a closet until your company retrieves them the day of the career fair.

Return shipping instructions via your own delivery vendor:

• The I-Hotel does not have a shipping department where they prepare shipments.
• Materials must be packaged, labeled, and arranged for pick up.
• A team member must alert the iHotel that your boxes are prepped for shipment and arranged for pick up by your delivery vendor.
