The Legal Environment of Bus (BADM 300) Introduction to law and the legal system, litigation, contracts, business organizations, intellectual property, employment law and governmental regulation of business.

Business Ethics Academy (BADM 390) The Business Ethics Academy is an action-learning course for undergraduates where students learn to analyze and solve ethical problems in business and present those solutions persuasively and professionally by preparing for and participating in a business-ethics case competition. Students are normally invited to participate by the faculty.
