• The Legal Environment of Bus (BADM 300) Introduction to law and the legal system, litigation, contracts, business organizations, intellectual property, employment law and governmental regulation of business.

• Business Ethics Academy (BADM 390) The Business Ethics Academy is an action-learning course for undergraduates where students learn to analyze and solve ethical problems in business and present those solutions persuasively and professionally by preparing for and participating in a business-ethics case competition.
