 ta officer for Gigg\, a social media influencing company. He continues to 
 work on creating data analytic solutions for instructors. He focuses on co
 mmunicating those solutions using interactive visualizations and dashboard
 s. Ron earned a bachelors and master's in accounting from Brigham Young Un
 iversity\, and a PhD in accounting from The University of Iowa.\n\nMichel 
 Elniski is a commercial leader with +20 years of experience leading commer
 cial teams in the medical device industry. He has held several commercial 
 leadership roles and has worked across the company spectrum\, from VC-base
 d startups to global multinationals. During his career\, Michael has won s
 everal awards for sales achievement\, cross-functional leadership\, and in
 novation. In 2016\, he received lifetime achievement awards at Edwards Lif
 esciences and served on the company wide senior leadership team. Michael i
 s known for his ability to organize chaos into a coherent commercial strat
 egy and lead the execution through a hands-on approach. He is currently wo
 rking full time and is a student in the iMBA program at the University of
